For Turning Circle:
Advance not to exceed 4.5 ships length and tactical diameter not to exceed 5 times ship’s length

For Stopping distance:
Track reach in full astern stopping test should not exceed 15 times ship’s length, this can be modified by Administration for larger ships but not to exceed 20 time length in any case
