Main compressor lube oil high pressure alarm test to be carried out as follows -

▪ Close the connection valve
▪ Couple a hydraulic pump to the drain connection
▪ Pump out oil and raise the pressure
▪ When the desired pressure reached as indicated on the gauge, alarm should sound
