As per the IMO Performance Standards for Marine Radar, what should be rotational speed of Scanner?

As per the IMO Performance standards for Marine Radar, the scanning rate of the Radar equipment should NOT BE LESS THAN 40 revolutions per minute. Additionally, The equipment should operate satisfactorily in relative wind speeds of up to 100 knots.
