Good day sir, would like to know about differences of draft at marks & draft at perpendicular that is shown in loadicators. Which draft would you give to charterer, is it the draft at marks or draft at perpendicular(shown in a loadicator of ships when making cargo calculations). This is also the same when declared drafts before arrival port, which drafts are we going to declare.... Thank you sir..
